Steps to Setup Sharekhan trading account: [Trade Tiger - version 2.

4]
Note: Take complete demo of your trading software from your broker (must) before you start trading.
First login to Trade Tiger software and wait till it completes data download.
Create a market watch window and add Nifty, 3 Calls and 3 Puts.
Select MarketWatch menu item from left-top corner and click in Blank Window option from
toolbar, as shown in below fig

Right click on blank market watch window e.g. MarketWatch-1 in following diagram and select
Add Scrip.

We apply technical on Spot Nifty graph. So, first add nifty into market watch. For that, from
AddScript dialogbox, select Equities tab, type Nifty as scrip name and select Nifty from the list,
as shown in Fig.

Now to add Call/Put in Marketwatch, select Derivatives tab, select Scrip as Nifty, Expiry as
Near or Next according to our Expiry rule, select Instrument as Calls and click on Show
button. Then select 3 OTM Calls from below list, according to our strike price selection rule. Then
click on Add button. Repeat the same procedure to add Puts or Future Nifty (from Instrument
dropdown list).

After adding Nifty, Calls and Puts in MarketWatch window, the screen will look like this.

You can arrange position of Call-Put strike price by dragging them up and down. You can also change
position of columns by selecting column header and drag them to the right. To remove unwanted
column, select the column header and drag it outside market watch window to remove un-wanted
column from list.
Open column will indicate: Todays Nifty Open price (of 9:15am)
Monitor Open, High, Low columns to check if Open-High same or Open-Low same.

Now to save the market watch settings, Right click on market watch and select ScriptList Save
ScriptList option from menu, as shown below. Give one name to this market watch and save.

Next time when you open Trade Tiger, just select MarketWatch menu and select Load option and
select name of market watch you just created.

To Buy Calls/Puts added in market watch, just right click on Call/Put strike price and select Buy
Scrip or Sell Scrip. You can also select F1 or F2 keys, to buy or to sell.
In Buy/Sell window, use both Trigger Price and Limit Price to apply Auto TSL.
Where, Current Market Price > Trigger Price > Limit Price
Now double-click on Nifty in market watch to view Nifty graph, as shown below;

To Zoom-In
: select the graph and click on minus - key on keyboard or Mouse Scroll Down
To Zoom-Out : select the graph and click in plus + key on keyboard or Mouse Scroll Up

Now right click on nifty graph and select Intra day Bar Size option. It will display following
dialog box.

First row indicates minutes e.g. 0 second, 1 minute, 3 minute....,60 minutes


Second Row indicates days e.g. 1 day,5 days, D-Daily/EOD chart, W-weekly chart etc.
Custom button is used to view last 30 days intraday graphs.
Setting for Intraday:
Select 0 from first row and select 1 from second row. This will open line chart (tick chart).
You can also select 0 and 5D to view 5 days intraday chart and to draw gann levels on bigger
chart.
Setting for Delivery:
Select D from second row to view EOD chart (candlestick chart).
Setting for Weekly chart:
Select W from second row to view weekly chart (candlestick chart)
Settings for Hourly Chart:
Select 60 from first row and select 5D or custom from second row to view 5 days or 30 days
hourly chart.
To change chart type to line or candlestick :
Right click on Nifty graph and Select Chart Type as Line or Candlestick. You can also press
L or C shortcut keys on graph to display Line or Candlestick chart.
To open multiple graphs at a time:
While opening a graph, hold down Ctrl key on keyboard while opening the graph. This will open
multiple graphs. You can keep both Nifty Intraday chart tick chart, Nifty daily/EOD chart open
while trading. You can also keep bank nifty EOD chart open along with above 2 (if you have taken
jackpot entry in bank nifty).
To view Open-High-Low-Close of any candle on EOD chart
You can open data window by pressing Shift + D, which will display above data for any candle you
point on graph, as shown in below fig.

To add technical indicators on Nifty EOD graph:


First change settings to display Nifty EOD chart (as explained above).
Right-click on graph and select Study Add study or press S key on keyboard.
In this wave, you can add Moving average, RSI and Candlestick indicators on chart.
To add Moving Average, select Average from the list. First add 2 EMA Green color moving
average. For that, select Avg Type as E and Avg Period as 2. From sub-graph tab, click on
Apply All checkbox and select both color as green, as shown below.
Repeat the same procedure to add 4 SMA Red color moving average.

To select Candlestick indicator, right click on Nifty EOD chart and select Study-Add study. Select
candlestick from the list. Select both Bullish and Bearish checkmark, as shown below. This will
mark candlestick patterns on EOD chart with rectangle. Keep mouse pointer on rectangle and it will
display name of that pattern.

Note: You must remember all the patterns with their name because candlestick is very important
study for our Delivery and Jackpot techniques.
