Q1: Considering the type of the project which is design andbuild, and the time needed to develop the design including
substantial value engineering items , we seek your kind consideration to grant anextension of time of 6 weeks from,the
current submission date of 29th August 2016 in order toenable us to develop the design and submit a well-studied and
competitiveproposal that meets your requirements.We look forward to your early positive response for anefficient use of
the extension period.
A1: Please note that the Closing Date (as per RFP B.7 in Appendix B2) is extended until 12pm on Sunday 18
September 2016 and the last date for submission of Tender queries is 28 August 2016.
