Personal Reflection about the Barangay Officials Organization

( Barangay V, Tangub City )

An organization could be an administrative and functional structure as a business

or could be a political party. As we enter the Barangay Office in Barangay V, Tangub City
weve notice that the officials were too busy doing their job , well not all of them . As
what weve notice the Barangay Captain didnt able to manage or motivate the
Barangay Councilors well, cause if he did for sure the Barangay Councilors will be able
to finish their job in a short period of time or fast . He didnt able to distribute the task
well thats why some is just sitting there while the others are working. We can reflect it to
ourself , if we in school ; if the teacher assign our group for a report if our leader didnt
able to distribute the task well, it will result to either your group wont have a report to
present or you can present your report but not all of you woudnt be able to answer the
teachers question because not all of you were able to read and study it so youll have a
low grade/score in your reporting and also could be you wont finish it fast .
