Personal Reflection
In this specific restaurant, their organization the way they organize and
manage the restaurant and the way they treat the employees is really
inappropriate and it affects the employees and their job, the employees
changes their attitude and behavior from time to time, and specially to the
costumers that gives a big amount or orders a lot and gives a big tip to the
employees which is good. The owner tend to get angry at his/her employees
without thinking of all the people around them, and the costumers tend to
complain about the service and the food. The way the owner treats every
employee is really different from the others especially to those whos trying
to get into her and trying to get a bonus. The owner is really disrespectful not
thinking about what his/her employees may feel about everything she says
to them. Its really provoking causing the employees to resign or leave
without notice.
