Respected Sir,
This is to bring into your kind attention that I, Nisiikanta Paria (Emp.
No.7047), was given a step up as per the order no: 318/2016 dated:9.06.2016
.The adjusted arrears for pay, DA and F.C.A were given with the salary for the month
of July 2016.However The arrears for leave encashment were not included there and
remains due till date.
So I pray to you to kindly look into it so that I can get the arrear amount at the
earliest as I am approaching the date of superannuation in December this year.
The details of leave encashments during the period of step up is attached herewith.
