the following terms and condition:

1. Your appointment would be effective form 07th Dec 2014.

2. You are designated as Customer ExecutiveSales your of
posting is at our plant Located at Mandideep and looking after our
Shahdol area activities.
3. Your salary break up is as follows:
Basic Salary : Rs.5600/- per month
DA : Rs.4282/- per month
House Rent Allowance : Rs.1800/- per month
Conveyance Allowance : Rs.3660/- per month
Special Allowance : Rs.1560/- per month
Employer Contribution PF : Rs.792/- per month.

4. In additions to oral and written instructions, office orders you will

be governed by the Rules,Regulations and such other practices,
system, policies & Procedures of the. Company as set out in Annexure
B attached hereto unless otherwise specifically stated.

5. Your duties & responsibilities are as set out in Annexure C

attached hereto unless otherwise specifically stated.Kindly return to
us the duplicate copy of this letter along with Annexure B & C
duly singed on each page by you as a token of your acceptance.
