offer of employment to you as Position in our Hyderabad office. We extend this offer, and the

with everyone you met, and we are excited about the potential of your joining our Company on
November 18, 2022.

Period of employment:
Your period of employment would commence from November 18, 2022 and shall conclude on March 31,
2023. While serving the Firm, you will report to, and receive direction from the reporting manager or as
may be communicated to you from time to time.

Compensation:
Your Monthly Compensation is Rs. 33,000/- The details of your compensation break-up is provided in the
attached Annexure-A. Your compensation will be subject to statutory and other deductions as per
company policies and procedures , if applicable.

In addition, on successful completion of your employment you may be awarded Performance linked
incentive which is an indicative maximum incentive pay that could be earned for your level. Any
payment of Performance linked incentive is solely at the Company 's discretion . It may vary based on
your individual performance based on meeting the criteria set for you. The payout will be made after
your performance is formally assessed by your team leader or manager on successful completion of the
tenure.

Confidentiality:
Your individual remuneration is purely a matter between yourself and the company and has been
arrived based on your job responsibilities, skills, specific experience, educational background, and
professional merit. Information related to your compensation is sensitive and confidential. It is
important that you do not discuss this with anyone, including your manager, team members or other
CRPS colleagues . Any breach of this may result in immediate termination of employment.

Agreement:
This offer is subject to signing a separate Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement on date
of joining the Company.

Working Hours :
You will be governed by the normal working hours as existing in the company. You are expected
to cooperate by working additional hours to complete work in hand and/or when demand of the
Company's business requires working beyond the normal working time.

Leave:
You will be entitled to avail 1 day leave per month from November through March and your
leave cannot be carried forward to next month if you do not avail it for that month.

In the event, the exams dates change and are re-scheduled to happen anytime between
December 20, 2022 and March 31, 2023, you willfully agree and undertake to forgo to write the
exams during this period .

Date of Joining:
On November 18, 2022, we ask that you report to the Chennai office at 10:00 a.m. to complete
any outstanding new hire paperwork. Orientation will include an organizational overview of Navis
Agro Foods Private Limited, an introduction to our systems and a briefing of our HR policies
and procedures.

Background check and reference check:

The Company shall conduct a background and reference check as per Company policy and this
offer is conditional upon the result of such checks. In the event the results of such checks are
unsatisfactory on any account, the Company may, in its sole discretion, revoke this offer at any
time.

Breach of contract:
In the event of any breach of the code of conduct or non-performance of contractual obligation or
the terms and conditions laid down in this agreement or if you are guilty of any negligence or
misconduct in connection with or affecting the business or affairs of the Company, the services of
any employee in the Company could be terminated without any notice or payment in lieu of notice
notwithstanding any other terms and conditions stipulated herein.
Please note that this employment is liable to be terminated by the company with immediate effect at
any time before the specified employment period if your performance during the tenure was
found to be unsatisfactory .

You agree not to undertake employment or business whether full time or part time of any other
organization or entity engaged in any form of business activity.

November to March, if the total income earned accumulates more than Rs. 75,000, Professional Tax
of Rs.1,2501- will be deducted on the last month payroll.

3) **Performance linked incentive (PL!) reflected above is the indicative maximum that could be
earned incentive possible for your level. It may vary based on the individual performance during the
tenure, which will be formally assessed as part of your performance and will be based on meeting
the criteria set for you.
