CHAPTER V

SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This chapter discusses the summary and conclusion based on the given
hypotheses in the entire research study. It indicates the summary of the findings of the
previous data. The conclusion also indicates the most common factor of tardiness, and
which helps the researchers come up with a program to address the problem. This chapter
also discusses the recommendations the researchers could give to future researchers who
could possibly improve this study.
Summary
The student profile indicates all the necessary data of each student needed in the
study. Based on the data gathered, most of the students
Conclusion
After analyzing and interpreted all the data, the researchers found out that the
profile of the students somehow affects the tardiness of students. For example, the city of
residence states where the student lives. If the student lives at a far place and gets stuck in
traffic, he would most probably be late. Another example is the frequency of the tardiness
of each student. If the student is late once, it can still be considered. However, if the
person is late for more than three times a week, then that should be of concern.

The researchers also include that the most common factor contributing to the
tardiness of students is traffic congestion. Most students found it hard coming to school
because they usually get stuck in traffic especially during rush hours.
There are some ways in order to address the factors in tardiness. This includes the
following:

Sleeping early
Waking up early
Leaving the house early
Doing things ahead of time
Know how to manage time
Exhibit self discipline
Have seminars or talks about time management, sleeping habits, and more

Recommendation
The researchers would like to recommend this study to all future researchers who
would be making a study about student tardiness. What hindered the researchers in
improving this study is the lack of time and data. Therefore, the researchers would
appreciate if the future researchers would give their time to improve their studies and
provide more data so that the problems regarding tardiness would be addressed.
