Heat oil + cinnamon + 2 cloves + 1 green cardamom..flavour the oil
Add (1 medium) sliced onion..till brown..add garlic and ginger paste- Fry ==== Katori- turmeric, chilli p, coriander p, jeera p,..add to mixt..add little water..Stir 1 min Sliced tomato (1 big).fry nicely..>Allow to Cool..grind ===== Heat oil, add the paste..mix till oil separates.. Add chicken piecesadd little salt.little coriander..Stir nicely.Add Potatoes, Peas and CarrotsCook under pressure (4mins) Open after pressure comes down Add hot water (1/2 cup ) to get curry (if needed!)Bring to boil..TASTE and serve!!! ( add little vinegar to preserve it!)
