    WEEKLY Tests
    Beginning this week your child will have
    to take his/her reading tests
    independently. Comprehension tests are
    open book. Students are strongly
    encouraged to use their books and list
    page numbers to provide evidence for
    the answers. Students receive 1 extra
    credit point for every correct page

    number. Also, students are permitted to


    use notes from their Reading and
    Language Arts journals to help with
    Vocabulary, Grammar, and Phonics Tests.
    Please encourage your child to take
    his/her time when testing. These weekly
    tests are a huge part of your childs
    grade.
