I would like to ask for your kind consideration with regard to the absence of my sister last
June 20 and 21 of the academic year 2016-2017. She was not able to attend some of her classes
because she was part of the entourage, being one of the bridesmaids at the wedding of our cousin
that was unfortunately held in Tagaytay, Philippines. Kindly extend to her any assistance on the
lessons or assignments missed during that period. Please refer to the attached copy of the
