    Walton-le-Dale Primary School in Preston will be starting an after school Year 4 hockey club on Mondays from September 19th running through the autumn term from 3:15 to 4:15 PM. Parents are asked to fill out and return the attached form as soon as possible if their child would like to participate as spaces may be limited and ensure they collect their child promptly at 4:15 PM. Proper PE kit should be brought each Monday.

    There will be a Y4, after school hockey club commencing on Monday 19th September. The club will begin at
    3:15 and finish at 4:15 and run throughout the autumn term.
    If your child would like to take part, they will need to bring a suitable PE kit each Monday. Please also fill in
    the form attached as soon as possible as places may be limited.
