This is going to be a case study. For deviance youhaveinterviewpeoplewithdeviantbehavior

(pasaway behavior e.g. chainsmoker, drug dependent, cross dresser, thief, political extremist,
teenage parents etc.) and for family planning it should be a comparative study (get two
families, one with
at least four kids and one with two or just one child the parents should be
earning the same or almost the same amount every month so you can compare the impact of
familyplanning).

We willbediscussingDevianceandFamilyPlanningfirstbeforePopulationsoyoucanfocuson
yourcasestudy.

On August 29th, you needtosubmitALLthequestionsyouwanttoaskyourrespondent/s.For

theleaders,pleaseincludeyour

workingmobilenumber(onewholesheetofyellowpaper).

On September 5th, you can have mecheckyourdraftsdraftsoyouwillhaveagoodgradefor

your draft on September 12th. Why should you aim for a good grade on your draft? Read
further.

On September 12th, please submit the following in a short bond paper, 1 inch margin allover
thedocument,size10Arial,doublespaced,stapled(nofoldersplease).Thisisyourdraft.

The names of the interviewees/name of interviewee (if the respondent requests to be

anonymous then you may use a different name to conceal the identity), where
they/he/she are/is from, why did you choose them to be respondent/s and other details
youdeemnecessarytoinclude.
The draft should contain the answers to your guide questions, observations,
comparisons,conclusion,recommendationandeverythingthatapplies.
For the group leaders,please

indicateyourworkingcellphonenumber(donotever,ever
givemeamobilenumberthatdoesnotworksince2010!).
Allot one page as your cover page that contains the title of your project (I will give you
libertytothinkofacatchyandcompellingtitle),yournamesandsection.
Write an introduction telling us why you chose this particular topic for your SCFPLAN
case study. The introduction should also contain the summary of the entire output. The
introductionshouldbetwotothreepageslong.

This is your first task performance for Midterm. This is critical because your score here
will be carried over to the final output. I will provide the comments on or before
September15thsoyouwillhavethewholeweekendtoworkonit.


On September 19th, I needyoutosubmityour finalcasestudymanuscript,1inchmarginall
over the document, size 10 Arial, double spaced, no need to putinafolder,justhaveitstapled
(like the draft). The final output should contain the revisions and corrections I need. I will
collect the final output first thing when we meet. Do not attempt to submit late. DO NOT
EVENTHINKABOUTIT.

This is your third task performancefor Midtermandwillbeequivalentto100points(50fromthe

draftand50forthefinalwork).

Your second task performance will be our unit test. Exemption is still open forPrefinals(16out
of20).
