Problem Statement:

In a lot of places around the world, clean drinking water is

not easily accessible. Water purification units are often
expensive and cannot be afforded by those who need them.

Design Statement:

Design a water purification system that is durable and not

expensive to produce.

Constraints:

Must be inexpensive to produce

Must be made of readily available materials
Must be durable
Must be easy to use
Must quickly and effectively reduce the turbidity of water
