OVERALL GRADE: YOUR GRADE IS BASED ON HOW WELL YOU EARN POINTS IN THESE THREE
CATEGORIES; 60% FOR YOUR PROJECTS, 20% FOR PARTICIPATION, 20% FOR LAB ASSISTANT.
PARTICIPATION: EARN POINTS FOR BEING IN CLASS, WORKING ON PROJECTS. ONE POINT PER
DAY, ABSENT = ZERO POINTS. IF YOU ARE TARDY OR CUT CLASS, POINTS WILL BE SUBTRACTED
FROM YOUR TOTAL. POINTS CAN BE MADE UP AT LUNCH.
LAB ASSISTANT: EVERY POTTERY STUDENT WILL BE A LAB ASSISTANT FOR SEVERAL DAYS.
DURING YOUR ASSIGNMENT YOU WILL BE DOING A VARIETY OF CLEAN UP, ORGANIZATIONAL,
AND HELPFUL TASKS.
