In my opinion, it depends on someones belief.

Superstition differs from one person to another, and one

place to other places with different point of view. So I think if
u ask someone who believes in keris or other superstition
things, its possible if their answer is yes, keris does bring
blessings. Some of keris believers are claiming that keris
increases your chances of finding a job, getting big house,
getting some type of self protection from all sorts of dangers
or black magic. But, personally I dont believe that was ever
proven one way or another. The suggestion have been pretty
controlling our mind about superstition and at least I have
never confirmed that keris did or didnt do something.
If we believe that keris has power, it can be categorized
as mushrik. Because we practice the worship or believe of
the keris other than the singular Allah swt. Allah has power
over all thing that nothing could ever compared with.
Basically, the creatures that we put our hope on, in this
case is the keris owner actually do not have any authority to
be able to grant our wishes and expectations, without the
permission of Allah. Because only him who makes things
happen and set the scenario behind everything. So we
should just hang any hopes only to Allah swt.
Only to Allah we worship, fear and hope only goes to
him the one and only. It is you we worship and you we ask
for help (Quran 1 verse 5).
