a) There are 6 requirements of ISO 9001:2008 that must be applied in production

division. They include customer focus, objectives, planning, j5S, production planning,
production & service provision.
5.2 Customer focus
- Regularly determine and understand the customer needs and make sure
those are consistently met.
-Determine and address the risk in production process that can affect
conformity of products
- Determine the ability to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain it
5.3 Objectives
-Committed to produce beauty products at the right quality and right quantity, at
the right time and at minimum cost.
-improve efficiency and achieve high productivity in production activities.
- reduce the defect rates
5.4 planning

 - careful planning for the changes in production and determining the impact or outcome
of such changes;
 ensuring adequate resources are available to implement the change
6.4 environment
-ensuring the working environment is appropriate for the operation processes
- ensuring the working environment is safety by protect the worker by PPE especially
those who are dealing with hazardous substances
- Give the optimal physical environment for the worker including air quality, noise
control, cleanliness and ergonomics.

7.1 Production planning


- Define the inputs, alteration process, outputs to ensure the desired finished goods are
achieved
- Reduce the cycle time, errors and defect
- Outsource the process that gives lower production cost
- Schedule the production accurately, using purchasing planning tool such as MRP
