Code of

Conduct
Failure to comply with these rules
will result in your immediate removal from camp as your own expense.
1. You will leave Muskoka Woods in the same condition as you
found it. You are a guest at Muskoka Woods and, as such, will treat
their property and staff with respect. You will be held accountable
for any damages to cabins, equipment or the property caused by
intentional negligence.
2. You will follow all of the rules meant for your safety:
a. Stay out of the water
b. Always follow instructions carefully when doing high-risk
activities
c. Always remain on the camp premises
d. Remain in your cabin with the lights out from 11:00pm until
morning.
3. You will never go into a cabin with members of the opposite
gender. This behaviour is inappropriate and not acceptable for
members of our community.
4. You will never travel alone. Always be aware of where your cabin
and leaders are. You should never be found wandering. Stay with a
leader or cabin mate at all times. If you are lost, immediately find a
teacher or Muskoka Woods staff member and ask for help.
5. You will be on time for all meals and activities. You will
recognize that you are one of 500 Bishop Allen students and a
successful program requires each individual to arrive on time so that
others are not kept waiting.
6. You will treat others with respect. You will not engage in any
sort of conflict (fighting, bullying, etc) with others, and understand
how severe the consequences for this behaviour will be.
7. You will not bring drugs or alcohol to camp and you will
report to a teacher anyone who does.

8. Most importantly: you will remember that you are representatives

of the Bishop Allen community and your behaviour at Muskoka
Woods reflects what we stand for as a Catholic community.
Please remember that breaking any of these rules will result in
disciplinary measures both at Muskoka Woods and when we return to
Bishop Allen.
