RULES AND REGULATIONS IN TEAM BUILDING

1. Make sure to log on the attendance sheet three times.

The logging of attendance will take place three times: first, at the meeting location (UB), when informed
consent is obtained; second, preferably after dinner; and third, just prior to the conclusion of the team
building exercise.

2. Always accompany your companions at all times.

The team will be divided into four platoons namely alpha, bravo, charlie and delta. Each platoon will
have a designated color of ribbons and flag. The general team leader are the ones responsible in keeping
an eye on their elements.

 Alpha - red
 Bravo - blue
 Charlie - yellow
 Delta - green

3. Take care of your belongings, valuables and flag.

Do not leave your things unattended. There will be rooms prepared in which belongings should be kept.
One of the important thing that everyone must remember is the value of each platoon's flag. You should
never let your flags taken by other platoons.

4. Always place your trash in the designated Trash Bins around the Resort

Throwing garbage all over the place will not only dirty our surroundings and pollute the environment,
making it very unhygienic, but also reflects who we are, as a person, as future law enforcers.

5. Observe proper swimming attire

All attire will do as long as it will perfectly fit your body and will cover private parts. Proper swimwear
material should also be observed. Any material that’s specifically designed for the purposes of
swimming. This includes spandex, polyester, nylon, and any similar material that’s non-absorbent.

6. Food, Smoking & Beverages are not allowed in the Pool Area

Eating and drinking alcohols should be held in the designated areas such as cottages.

7. Use of Knives and other pointed things.

Pointed Knives and any kind of things that might result into injury are also prohibited. Unless it will
be used in cooking food. Using of such should be under the supervision of team leaders and advisers.

8. Limiting the use of bad words.


Cursing, cussing, expressing insults, whether directly or indirectly to anyone, using profane or foul
language as a means of expression, or as a manifestation of anger, surprise, disgust, or any other form of
extreme emotion that yields to such of profanity are prohibited.
