programme are appropriately documented and disseminated Keep involved in appropriately carried out and documentation of evaluations, researches, feasibility studies, cases Preparing roster of the good consultant nationally as well as internationally that is appropriate for the programme Preparing TOR for consultants to be hired nationally as well as internationally to carry out issue based researches, feasibility studies, baseline survey, midterm review and final evaluation Supporting the program/ project staff to develop case studies (at the micro/meso level) and feed such case studies to the Head of M & E Identifying the issue based research topics and undertakes such research as and when necessary

To assist context programmes in setting up M & E system and
functioning effectively Developing and rolling out M&E system to measure the organizational impact aligned to strategic objectives and indicators as per CSP to revise if necessary the project log frames and indicators and monitoring mechanism To provide technical and capacity building support to programs/projects in developing/ establishing appropriate result based M & E systems and program/project staff are trained
To work collaboratively with colleagues of the Contexts/ Programme
Participating actively in team planning and other meetings, working to set common objectives and goals and striving to ensure these are successfully achieved Supporting colleagues to ensure all outstanding aspects of Concerns work are identified, promoted and shared both within programme and also within Concern Worldwide, Bangladesh Enabling a friendly collaborative working culture within the team, actively sharing information and knowledge to enable the team to ensure effective learning and sharing across the organization To contribute to the process of implementing quality programmes by ensure that the HAP standard of accountability is conceptualized and effectively implemented throughout the organization, and at the country programme level.
Competent in using qualitative data collection tools and technique such as PRA and participatory monitoring and evaluation (PME).
Understanding and experience in working with DRR and climate change
issues Strong analytical skills, particularly in the context of urban and rural societies are highly desirable
