Family Planning:
 Take initiative to increase performance of LARC & PM and
other FP methods of the District
 Plan to reduce drop out / discontinuation of FP methods
 Ensure documentation in consent forms on LARC & PM
including signature of the clients & service providers
 Prepare a monthly District plan (Upazila-wise) on LARC &
PM service delivery with date, name of the facility and name
of the service provider.
 If there is no trained/ skilled service provider at the facility,
mobilize service provider from other facility
 If necessary provide LARC & PM services at different facilities
on the same day of QI visits
 Provide hands on coaching on the gaps identified at service
delivery to improve
