ToR of Regional/ District Consultant-

Family Planning:
 Ensure PPFP services at District Sadar Hospitals, MCWCs,
UHCs and FWCs
 If any service provider don’t have any training on LARC & PM
including PPFP, plan for their basic/ refresher training
 Regional Consultants will be in-charge of all training programs
to be conducted at the Regional Training Center
 Consultants will follow-up the trainees preferably after one
month of the training received
 Consultants will report for any complications on LARC & PM,
follow-up and if necessary refer them for treatment
 If any death of the FP client, inform by telephone to
LD(CCSDP) and Director (MCH-Services), and inquire
immediately following discussion with DDFP & report to
LD(CCSDP), and advise for spot payment to legal guardian
