The attendance is attached with this minute.
II. Opening Prayer
The opening prayer was led by Ms. Merben P. Almio
III. Business of the Day: (Agenda)
A. Election of Officers School Year 2011-2012
Ms. Merben P. Almio opened the meeting for the election of officers.
She gave an overview of the duties and responsibilities of being a leader.
She explained well the necessary things to be done as a leader and a
member of the club before handed it over to the new set of officers. New
set of officers were aligned according to the position.

B. Membership Fee
The body agreed that the membership fee for the club will be Php
10.00. It was also decided that monthly dues is Php 5.00 and the penalties
for absences will be Php 2.00. These agreements will be imposed strictly
as suggested and agreed by our moderator and newly elected officers.
IV. Other Matters
Joanne Zairah Salada suggested that there would be a T-shirt for
the club. Some of the members agreed and disagreed the suggestion
given and ended it up to be discussed on the next meeting. Ms. Merben P.
Almio gave information that on the next meeting the body will discuss
about the up-coming events of the club.
V. Adjournment:
With no more matters to be discussed the meeting ended at exactly
4:00 pm.
VI. Closing Prayer
The closing prayer was led by Joanne Zairah Salada.

III. Reading of the Previous Minutes of the Meeting
The minutes of the meeting was read by Princess Joy Lambino.
IV. Correction and Approval of the Previous Minutes of the Meeting
The following correction was made on the previous minutes of the meeting.
Attach the attendance in the minutes of the meeting.
Include the names of the new set of officers school year 2011-2012.
Add the name who prepared the minutes as well as the name that
approved it.
The minutes was approved and corrected by the body.
V. Business Arising
A. Monthly Dues
As agreed by the body the registration fee which is Php 10.00 will be paid
until July 16, 2011, monthly dues will start on July 20, 2011 and
implementation for those members who had accumulated absences will pay
Php 2.00.

It was successfully agreed by the body and if there are changes on the
said events listed, the officers will call on a meeting.

There was a short meeting regarding on the implementation for the
celebration of Buwan ng Wika for the whole month of August. Ms. Merben P.
Almio showed the body the activities for the big event and told the officers that
she will call up a meeting after a week to finalize the said activities.

III. Reading of the Previous Minutes of the Meeting
The minutes of the meeting was read by Princess Joy Lambino.
IV. Correction and Approval of the Previous Minutes of the Meeting
Ms. Merben P. Almio updated the secretary of the club to do her task and
made the minutes of ahead of time.
V. Business Arising
A. Monthly Dues - Implemented

Updating the bulletin board Not Implemented
VI. Business Proper
Ms. Merben P. Almio informed us about the upcoming Read-A-Thon both
for high school and elementary. She gave us the mechanics and guidelines on
how it will be implemented. Read-a-thon pieces are already intact and at any
moment it will be given to the contestants. The guidelines and mechanics will be
posted on the bulletin or announced on the morning assembly.
The judges for the contest will be chosen by our moderator as well as the
design for the certificates. It will be printed immediately after the contest and will
also be announced and awarded on the morning assembly. The snack for the
contest is charged to the treasurer.
VII. Adjournment
The meeting ended at 3:30 PM and a closing prayer was led by Gelly
Anne Marie Donasco.
