ESCL-CQO-01, Rev 0 :CORPORATE QUALITY OBJECTIVES FOR 2012

In consonance with the ESCL Quality Policy, top management ensures that the
following Corporate Quality objectives are pursued:
Ensuring that all product/services are customer-based by identifying, understanding
and agreeing with our clients on their needs through a Purchase Order or Work
Order before the commencement of any client work;

Ensuring that delivered products/services are capable of achieving their


performance and availability targets in the most cost-effective manner by avoiding
field nonconformities i.e. zero field nonconformities;

Maintaining skilled personnel and work environment and ensuring work is carried
out to defined procedures in order to achieve a zero scrap level;
To evaluate the Quality Management System

through internal audits, and

management reviews at least once in the year;


To collect and analyse customer feedback through the Client Feedback Form (Form
127) at least once this year and take timely and effective corrective and preventive
actions on identified or potential problems throughout the business;
To encourage the involvement of all personnel in the company business by issuing
job descriptions on assumption and ensuring workshop operators undertake at
least one internal or external training this year;
Working with our suppliers (vendors, contractors) to assure their products/services
meet the same high standard that we set for ourselves by conducting at least one
supplier forum this year;
To aspire to increase our market share in the split-sleeve clamps manufacture and
provision of pipeline clamping services this year through increasing our customer
base by two more clients.
