REFLECTION

In our last meeting, weve watch a movie intitled The Intern. The movie was all
about in a relation with our subject management, this story talks about how to
manage a business or a company. The story flows with the character of an old man
who named Ben and he is an intern of a young lady who named Jules. Ben is 70
years old, even if he is too old to work he decided to apply a company and became
an intern. Jules was the CEO and the founder of the company who was Ben was
working for. This story shows us how to treat a person even if you dont know his/her
personality and it shows many managerial skills performed by the character that
is/are related in our subject.
