INTRODUCTION
University of Mindanao envisions to be reputable non-sectarian institution
recognized for its integrative education responsive to the needs of communities
with a mission of, to provide a culturally responsive learning environment through
quality instruction, research and extension.
In response to the universitys mission which aims to offer academic
programs that will meet the changing national and international community needs
and standards. This project will help to sustain the quality education of the
university in line with the changing technological needs of the students and
improve the relevant deliberation of concepts in teaching and learning.
BACKGROUND STUDY
In todays digital world, we are surrounded with multimedia experiences at
home and work. Even classrooms are no exceptions. Projectors have become
the new teaching tool in delivering lessons. These key tools have great help in
establishing presentations successfully; making learners hold attention and
interaction during discussions are possible.
University of Mindanao Tagum Campus recognized the necessities of
technology in learning and teaching transforming learning approaches to a high
class teaching, adapting new technologies. But some equipment in University of
Mindanao is malfunctioning and being neglected to inspect and repair. In line with
this, an investigation was conducted to identify the number and the location of
malfunctioning projectors within the school campus.
And since this project targets to replace the malfunctioning projectors and
maintain the functioning projectors, Students high quality learning will be
ensured equipping them with the technical skills that they needed and can be
used for their different chosen careers. In addition to, University of Mindanao will
successfully obtain their mission to provide a culturally responsive learning
environment through quality instruction, research and extension.

DESCRIPTION AND METHODOLOGY


The main goal of this project is to replace all the malfunctioning projectors
and maintain all the functioning projectors within the schools vicinity aiding the
needs of the students to technology for effective and efficient learning. This
project will primarily use quantitative planning techniques together with qualitative
planning techniques. Such techniques will supply scenarios anticipating future
events to calculate the time the activity will be completed along with the critical
points of the project detecting possible problems that may be encountered during

implementation and to establish satisfactory solutions and project outcomes.


Subsequently, the success of this project will be measure according to the
accomplished planned activity in its particular allotted time.
