REGULATIONS
A. Late Submission
A 10% deduction per day of total coursework marks (excluding weekends and public
holidays).
Late submission between 5 to 10 days, results in a 50% deduction of total coursework
marks.
Late submission past 10 days results in an automatic 0% for coursework and the student
will be barred from the final examination.
B. Deliverables
Students must submit all materials supporting their coursework listed in the deliverable section.
The coursework should exhibit formal research skills i.e. with a table of content, proper
citations, references, and appendixes.
The coursework write up must be able to demonstrate critical analysis and application of
both theory and practical issues to the company that you have selected.
Student may include additional relevant data/information apart from the proposed
guidelines in conjunction to your research. Additional marks will be awarded for such
attempt.
Your coursework in report format should not be more than 2500 words. Use one and half
spacing with 12-point font and New Times Roman. Fully justified. Pages must be
numbered.
You should bind your coursework with the Assignment Cover Page as the 1st page and
Grading Sheet (Appendix A) as the 2nd page.
COURSEWORK 2 - QUESTION
You are required to select ONE company of your own choice and critically
evaluate the ethical leadership and human rights issues involving the
management and its employees of the selected company. Evaluate at least
FOUR (4) main ethical leadership and human rights issues faced by the
company and analyse to what extent the company handles these issues in
an ethical manner. You are required to provide strong and relevant
evidences in your analysis or reporting. By applying relevant ethical
theories, provide FIVE (5) recommendations on how the company should
overcome these ethical leadership and human rights issues in a more
appropriate manner.

issues - support your presented arguments and points with the real facts
or evidence from the company.
Recommendations by applying 5 relevant ethical theories to
