ABSENCE TO CLASS
Regarding to the above matter, Im Amirul Hazim from class AP224 5I to explain the
reason why I cant attend to your class on 6 th September 2016.

First, I had suffered from itchiness due to pest found at my home. This was cause
my body felt uncomfortable and lead to freckle which was spread at my whole body.

I had met doctor on 5th September and he checked then found there was an
allergic but the doctor was not gave me any medical certificate because he said this is
not serious matter. Due to that, I was felt uncomfortable to attend any class for 3 days
starting from 5th to 7th September 2016.
Again, Im asking apologize from this incident and hopes for cooperation from mrs.
