I am writing to apply for the position of senior technical specialist (antimicrobial) advertised in
the possible.nepal health jobs.com . As requested, I enclose a completed job application, my

I am registered pharmacist in Nepal.I have completed health assistant and doctor of pharmacy .i
have one year of work experience after my H.A course. I am become more confident and
knowledgeable toward health profession after completing doctor of pharmacy course. After
gaining good and depth knowledge and a practical techniques from college .i have good
exposure in various department in 400 bedded hospital .I have done my thesis in antimicrobial
prophylaxis in patient undergone surgery and outcomes of effect of drug .I have completed one
year internship including 6 month in general medicine and 2 month in general surgery. I have
done various online courses, attended various CME.

My dream to prevent antimicrobial resistance whatever possible from my self always looking
forward to use rational therapy of antibiotics as well as i would like to work this innovative
concept. I want to grow myself with safe care and effective therapy towards antimicrobial use.
