Dear Dr,

Thank you for taking time to read this email. My name is Naim bin Abdul Malek (88117566343). I am from
the 7th batch of medical students that graduated from UITM (MBBS) in 2014. Since graduation, I have
been working in Sabah, completing 2 years of Housemanship at Hospital Tawau. Following that, I joined
the Medical Department in Hospital Keningau as a Medical Officer in August 2016 and have been there
since.

I am writing to seek your guidance and some advice regarding opportunities to pursue further training in
UITM.

I find myself very interested in Internal Medicine, and particularly Endocrinology. As such, I plan to apply for
a post in UITM, as a medical officer/trainee lecturer/Masters student, with the intention of entering the
Masters program in Internal medicine, and to then subspecialise in the field of Endocrinology later on.

I hope that you could provide me with some information, and to have the opportunity to discuss with you
regarding how to go about it and what options I have.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Regards,
Naim Abdul Malek
