Greetings of peace and joy!
I am Lorvijan G. Avila, currently a junior Bachelor of Medical Technology student in your
department and an incoming senior student. As a part of our curriculum, it is required to attend
the internship program. It is in this manner that all the lessons and theories learned as a student
for the past three years will be applied in the real life setting as a future medical technologist.
In line with this, I would like to apply from your good office an internship slot in the following
hospitals for the first and second semester of S.Y. 2015-2016: Chong Hua Hospital in Cebu City
and Silliman University Medical Center in Dumaguete City respectively. These hospitals have
both been my parents and my preference. I believe I have learned the necessary amount of
knowledge regarding the various subjects in Medical Technology. The courses I have completed
have given me a solid foundation which I could use as a future intern.
The acquisition of the said internship slot for the preferred hospitals would allow me to be at the
best of my ability and fulfill the requirements set upon by the Medical Technology Department
of the University. I am hoping for a positive response from this humble request. Thank you and
