Dr. ‫ االسم‬graduated from Ain Shams University, Faculty of Medicine in December 1994
with a grade of excellent, He has obtained the degree of M.B.B.Ch. on May 1995.

Unique Characteristics:
The faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University has established itself as one of the top
institutions in term of medical education and patient care on the level of the Middle East Region.
The graduates of the faculty have managed to reach leading positions in the health care sectors of
Egypt and many Arab countries. Ain Shams university hospital is a second largest hospital in
Egypt serving half the population of metropolitan Cairo. About 1500 students are enrolled yearly
in the faculty of Medicine program. The program is highly competitive and usually students with
high academic performance are accepted. Students are enrolled after completing high school and
no pre clinical courses are necessary to enroll the program. Student receive 5000 credit hours
including 600 hours of training courses in medical wards, delivery rooms, operating theaters and
intensive care units.

Dr. ‫ االسم‬performed superbly during his clinical training years and during his rating internship.
Clinical directors often pointed out number of DR. ‫ االسم‬strengths, including his professional
attitude, team spirit, strong work ethics, extensive reading and empathic rapport with his patients.
He interacted well with his fellow medical students, senior staff and the nursing team. He has
proven himself among his fellow colleagues as a hard working, dedicated team worker, honest
and compassionate medical student who enjoyed what he did. He established good doctor patient
relationship with his patients. He gave excellent presentations, completed throw histories and
was an asset to his teams. He has practiced in the numerous scientific activities that were held at
the faculty including presentations, talks and rounds.

During his six years of undergraduate education, Dr ‫ االسم‬has ranked in the top 10 percent
among his fellow peers and has been on the Deans honor list for six successive years. He
graduated with “Excellent”.

Dr. ‫ االسم‬excellence was not limited to the academic field, as he was able to demonstrate
distinguished abilities in his extra-curricular life. During his medical school years he was
actively participating in several conferences and conventions.

Dr ‫ االسم‬volunteered in several activities at the university. He participated in organizing several

campaigns to collect donations for the children’s hospital.

Comments: Dr. ‫ االسم‬did very well in his pediatric rounds and showed kindness, compassion and
empathy towards his patients. He established very good doctor patient relationships with his
patients. He was a very pleasant student and behaved in a professional mannered.

Comments: Dr. ‫ االسم‬performed superbly during internal medicine rotations; he has shown
exceptional enthusiasm and interest in internal medicine. She established good report with his
patients and work teams. He was a hard working student who demonstrated excellent history
taking abilities and physical examination skills. He was dedicated to team work and did very
well in his internal medicine rounds. Also he had excellent communication skills.

Summary
Dr. ‫ االسم‬posses an outstanding knowledge base and has always been among the top 10 percent of
his class, he is hard working and dedicated to about everything he does. He is enthusiastic and is
always eager to learn and know more than excepted.
On the personal level, Dr. ‫ االسم‬has always been an asset to his team, and has exceptional social
skills in understanding and makes good, fast and stable friendship and relationships with his
colleagues and staff. He also established good doctor patient relationship with his patients and
was a compassionate doctor who would always put the patient’s priorities first. He interacted

accepted criticism well.
