My name is Diena Ade

Novira, u can call me Diena. I was graduated from Andalas University, majoring is
Pharmacist with GPA 3, 83. I am a freshgraduated. In the university, I am active in
academic and organization, i used to be assistant laboratory in 2 years and also
secretary of Pharmacy sport and community, staff of PDH Sedatif and i am joined
to Gebyar Pharmacy, this is a big event at campus in every years.

I have internship experience in several places, namely pharmacy, hospital, PBF

and pharmaceutical industry. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the
pharmaceutical industry, I did online internships in 4 fields, namely QA, R&D,
Production and PPIC.

1. R&D : learned about document registration of pharmaceutical product,

design and development of drug packaging and formulas
2. Quality : learned about document test on material and finish product and
acceptance criteria based on good manufacturing practice, CAPA
3. Production : learned about batch manufacturing record, operation
management and pharmaceutical production line
4. PPIC : learned about master production schedule, make planning purchasing
of raw material, packaging and inventory management
weakness

I have a weakness that is easily distracted. but this trait greatly affects my focus at
work which can worsen the quality of work, with this I overcome it by ignoring
and keeping away from the things that distract me. For example, temporarily
deleting an Instagram account.

I have a habit of work as long as it does not pass the deadline/time limit. In a
group assignment, I realized this trait was distractions to my co-workers which
could have an impact on the quality of my work and social environment. so I try to
change this habit by creating a fake schedule by speeding up the deadline so that
my work is finished faster

I feel my English ability is my biggest weaknesses. But I know, this is only a

temporary problem. I will studying hard to communicate more effectively. And
now, i joining to english courses

I think my biggest weaknesses are including my inabality to focus when too many
distractions around me. But, I won’t let them bring me down. example, i will delete
instagram app for the sometime until the works is finished

Strengths

My strengths are having a high spirit in achieving a target and being optimistic, I
can prove this in college that I want to graduate in 4 years, even though I am also
active in organizations and become a laboratory assistant.
