1. Jelaskan traits kelebihan

High initiative and innovation is my strength. I am a pioneer in developing a live campaign in my

faculty to expose environmental chemistry health prevention to Covid-19. Giving knowledge to
children and adults about Covid-19 was the exposure distribution.

Organized person. Creating data-based documents and data analysis is my habit and job
responsibility. Collaborated with the related department, and business intelligence could track
data easily, besides being implemented by other divisions.

A loyal person. Put respect for the company and lead to a company's success. In return, the
company not only respected and trusted my skill, but I quickly got promoted in only one year.

2. WEAK POINT.

Perfectionist. I lead my team with high expectations. The disappointment of not meeting
expectations made me realize I had to learn how to define a person by capability, make a
checkpoint every week and create a plan.

1. PENGALAMAN YANG MEMBANGGAKAN

During college, students in the chemistry department lack contribution to research besides
thesis research. Only twenty percent have the desire to implement their study into concrete
research. My first alternative solution is to gain their interest by conducting offline training with
experienced resource persons. The movement explained how to get research ideas and paper
guidelines. Fifty percent of the students who took part had the opportunity to do research
 funded by the Government and get a gold medal. The impact of this applies to more than just
students. Several lecturers also take part in being active as research supervisors.

2. PENGALAMAN KURANG MEMBANGGAKAN

When researching for a thesis. I failed to synthesize nanoparticles three times; one synthesis
took seven working days. I found that the main ingredients in the laboratory inventory were no
longer suitable for use, and the material was not produced in Indonesia. To avoid this incident
from happening again, the other laboratory teams and I conducted a schedule of checking
material inventory and labeling which chemicals were new and which were expired. Also, I did
multiple journal analyses and papers to find a suitable substitute method for synthesizing my
nanoparticles. Finally, the thesis finished on track with a good grade of A.

The hardship of acquiring a job was a real struggle when the Covid-19 period arose during my
new graduate terms. Getting a career in the environmental sector was challenging because of
the turbulence in my study background. Nevertheless, I am focusing on learning from online
training (Webinars, online courses, and training). Furthermore, I realized that knowledge could
obtain anywhere and add informal knowledge from public access. With my dedication, I work in
an environmental NGO with a mission and vision to sustain the blue carbon ecosystem and
manage the carbon offset.

4. KESALAHAN APA YANG PERNAH ANDA LAKUKAN SELAMA BEKERJA/BELAJAR

Naturally, I have high expectations of a person and must have perfect results in every term and
condition. The situation occurs when the tasks have been distributed equally. As a supervisor, I
usually expect my team to produce the desired results. The disadvantages of these habits
include the increased workload outside the primary job, the project being overdue, and my
team's inability to be responsible. I applied a new method to have a checkpoint once a week to
discuss their obstacle, determine the problem, find satisfactory solutions, and create a daily
tracker to monitor the projection.

One of my jobs is working in a startup company; I run tasks outside my job scope, including
copywriting, data analysis, marketing partnerships, and budget planning. I made multiple
mistakes in the first quarter because I needed more knowledge. However, I dare to step from
my outside zone, and naturally, I am interested in learning new things. In return, I have learned
numerous things from this job which can be my best skill if I become an environmental
consultant. My communication skills have greatly improved, I am confident in presenting,
increasing my IELTS score due to the frequent use of English daily, and I get acknowledged to
become the best employee.

6. SEBUTKAN DAN JELASKAN 1 HAL YANG MEMBEDAKAN ANDA DENGAN PESERTA LAINNYA
I am observant and can deliver research and knowledge with my advanced strategic thinking. I
am passionate about research and improving my understanding; back in college, I won several
research competitions focusing on creating green sustainability chemistry for Industry 4.0. With
my strategic thinking, I have a mission to gather all awardees with their specialty in their fields
together to create a guidebook that is efficient in overcoming environmental problems from the
smallest up to more significant issues. Combining networking with LPDP awardees and alumni
contributes to building global perspectives by sharing knowledge with international
professionals. If we compile our strengths and expertise, Indonesia will be a better country in
the next century.
