Subject : Mr Ramesh, My Hero

Dear Sharon,
How are you? I hope you are in the pink of health. I interviewed my hero, Mr Ramesh, for my school magazine
last Saturday. He is a firefighter. Here are some details about him.
Mr Ramesh works in a fire station. He works in shifts. As a firefighter, he puts out fires and helps accident
victims. He also saves people trapped in buildings, cars and lifts. Whenever he is working, he wears a helmet, a
fire-proof uniform and a pair of boots to protect himself.

Last Sunday, Kamal went on a picnic with his family to Tanjong Beach. His father drove them in his new
car. His mother prepared the food and drinks for the picnic.
When they reached the beach, Kamals father parked their car nearby. His mother took out the food
and drinks. She then arranged them on the mat. Kamal helped his mother. His brother swam in the sea while
his twin sisters played with a ball.
After having lunch, they played some games at the beach. They all had a wonderful time. They went
home late in the evening.

Hock Sengs father, Mr Ong is a kind and loving man. He always takes good care of his family. Every
morning, he sends Hock Seng to school by car.
Mr Ong is a car salesman. He has many customers. Many people like to buy cars from him because he
is friendly.
Mr Ong always comes home in the evening. He is tired but still he spends his time with Hock Seng.
They play badminton in the court which is opposite their house. Hock Seng is very proud of his father. He
loves his father very much.
