Sub: Prayer for adding name to the R.O.R of Champamura Gram Panchayat.
Sir,
Most respectfully I beg to state that I am a permanent resident of Champamura Gram
Panchayat under ward no.5. My name is Raju Das. I intend to add my wifes name and my
daughter name to the R.O.R of Champamura Gram Panchayat. My wife name is Smt
Portia Biswas (Das), and my daughter name is Smt Aradhya Das. As my wife name is
already been transferred from R.O.R of Bishalgarh Municipal office and as a proof I
enclosed my wife R.O.R to this application.
So, Its my humble request to you sir please take necessary steps for above mentioned
condition and thus oblige thereby.
