Sub: Correction of Spelling in my Sons name.

With reference to the above subject, I bring to your kind attention that my sons name spelling has
been mentioned wrongly.

The correct spelling of my sons name is RAJIESWAR.S.

Whereas it is wrongly mentioned as RAJESHWAR.S in all the above said of certificates.

Hence, I request you to kindly change my sons name with correct spelling as RAJIESWAR.S

In this regard I have enclosed the Xerox copy of his Birth Certificate & Adhaar Card for your kind
reference. I will pay the necessary fees in this regard.
