Hafiz Mehboob Riaz and Miss Umber Saleem are running a small store with a single service
counter. They are interested in improving the service of their store. Being smart bussines
people they hire expert Statisticians (Mr Mohsin Khan and Mr Muhammad Bilal Malik) and
expert Simulation analysts (Miss Aroosh Fatima and Miss Hadia Afzal) to investigates their
system. The teams simulate the system using SSQ and Factorial DoE to test behavior of
different parameters. After valueable inputs from Mr Osama, Luqman and Khizer Abbass of
using CRN and Antithetic techniques for simulations. The results of there analysis are shown
in following Table:
