ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR DIFFERENT CATEGORY OF MEMBERSHIP

1.

CORPORATE MEMBER: A firm or organization engaged in the manufacturing, research, education and services
in pulp, paper and related fields and supporting the policies of IPPTA is eligible to become a Corporate Member.
There is Separate form for Corporate Membership available in IPPTA office.

2.

AFFILIATE MEMBER: Individual/Library who is interested in the objectives of IPPTA but does not qualify for
other category of membership is eligible for this category of member.

3.

OVERSEAS MEMBER: Any individual residing outside India is eligible to become an Overseas Member.

4.

**LIFE MEMBER : Any member in Member Category having completed continuously ten (10) years of
membership is eligible to apply for Life Membership by paying Rupees 5000/- at a time.

5.

*MEMBER: Any Associate member having completed six (6) years continuously in this category, is eligible to
become a Member of this category.

6.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER : An individual having technical training or engaged in work in pulp and paper
manufacturing industry or in industries or institutes including recognized educational and research institutions,
engaged in rendering services to the pulp and paper industry is eligible for this category of member (B.Sc. /
B.Tech. / B.E.)

7.

STUDENT MEMBER: A bonafide, full time student of an educational institute recognized by Government /
Government Constitute bodies for a degree or diploma in Science, Engineering and technology is eligible for this
category of membership.

SERVICE PROVIDED / PRIVILEGE:

All Members will receive IPPTA quarterly Journal and other IPPTA publications on complimentary basis

All Members can attend IPPTA Seminar / Workshop by paying registration fee as an IPPTA Member.

IPPTA Corporate Members who have paid their Annual Membership Subscription up-to-date are entitled to depute
any two officials (Non IPPTA Members) as "IPPTA Member Delegates" in any Seminar/Workshop (Registration
fees to be paid as IPPTA Member).

Life Members, Members and Corporate Member shall have the Voting rights whenever Voting is adopted for a
decision making and/or a rectification of any resolution(s).

Life Member / Member category Members" are eligible for nomination in Executive/Nomination committee.
Annual Dues are from 1st January of each Calender Year, In case of New Enrolments, Irrespective of Date of
Enrolment, the Annual Membership Fee is to be paid for the full year. If any member does not clear his dues by
30th June his membership is liable to be terminated.
