This offering is the third of the four denominational offerings. It builds on the Presbyterian commitment
to peacemaking begun in 1980 and is traditionally received on the first Sunday in October.
Twenty-five percent of the Offering stays with our congregation, twenty-five percent will go to the Presbytery of East Tennessee, while fifty percent will be sent to the Presbyterian Mission Agency to support
ministries of peacemaking and reconciliation in the US and around the world.
The theme for this year is taken from Psalm 79 verse 19, Can God spread a table in the wilderness.

To very dear members of our church,
Thank you for helping send us to Camp John Knox this summer. We had tons of fun and
made lots of new friends. Fellowship and faith was shared by all.
We feel so blessed to be able to attend camp. Great memories were made and we look forward
to going back next year.
Some of our favorite activities were water skiing, campfires and church time.
Thank you for everything, we had a blast!
