Attorney Nona Matthews redacted FACTS from the

Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District

School Board for a Grievance filed against Damon
Emery, previously the Vice Principal for Bedford
Junior High. The Grievance was filed for his VILE
perjury against our son at 12 years old. Damon
Emery brought false felony charges against our son
and then in a Texas Education Agency Hearing
committed perjury throughout his entire testimony.
The TEA Hearing was overseen by ALJ Hunter
Burkhalter, past HEBISD student and friends with
HEBISD Administration. Once the Emerys first
aggravated perjury was discovered, the HEBISD
awarded Damon Emery for these illegal acts as
Vice Principal of the Year above all other Vice
Principals.
The HEBISD School District Attorney, Nona
Matthews then redacted these documents hiding
the FACTS from the School Board. You will see the
black BLOCKED redactions with duplicate pages
following highlighting the FACTS Ms. Nona
Matthews did not want the School Board to read.
She did this under the guise of FERPA. Nona
Matthews did these acts throughout all of our legal
filings in collusion with Damon Emery and Scott
Hurbough. False Judgments came out against us as
she did these illegal acts. This has been gross

injustice and obstruction of justice against this

innocent child and family for over three years now.
The Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD awarded these
people for their illegal acts and gravely harmed the
child and family with defamation and libel.
