For making semi circle:

Insert-piechart-format series-rotate 270-fill(no fill)
Select the semi circle-right click-format series
Insert bar chart-select first 2 column-right click-insert days remaining/days
completed-format series-add tab-series name as days completed-select the
series-(same for days remaining).
Select the blue bar-select format series-select no fill/no border
Right click- format axis(Y-axis)-catogeries in reverse order
Fill date-select the box-change custom to number(for changing the date into
number format).
Select date-format axis(X-axis)-change to fixed of minimum and maximum value
(put the value )

UIN-lookup(vertical,horizontal)
(look up value) 1st column-vlookup(exact match,range lookup)
(look up value)1st row hlookup
Select the value-click on fx (for seeing the parameter).
=HLOOKUP(E4,A1:G2,2,FALSE)
E4= select the value on which work is to be done.

For hlookup in true condition select the data in ascending order

Formula-define name- change the name(for the selected table).
