The fee Cost will be 150 each artist or project, and covers:
-Representation by Art Centrum Caravel

-Personalized electronic and physique invitation to all art dealers, press and national galleries
-Public Relations for the exhibition by the art gallery and its curator.
-Sales assistance of works if necessary
-Possibility to enter in a new individual exhibition with special conditions, which will happen by
invitation only for proposals before
-Media, press and street campaign already confirmed, the event will take place in Funchal,
Portugal

Purpose of payment: registration fee for participation in the project Islands

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:

a. I agree with fee proposed by knowing that is a fee non-refundable.
b. shall be responsible for the safekeeping of all consigned artwork while they are in its custody.
c. All artwork must be received ready to show, by the drop off/delivery dates or the artwork may not be
included in the show.
d. Art Center Caravel is not liable for any damage to artwork while in transit. Any damage to artwork
sustained during transit will be noted and the artist will be notified immediately.
e. Return shipping will be paid by the artist. Art Center Caravel shall have the right to use for its purpose
any image(s) of any artwork that is photographed on its premises. Artists will retain all rights in terms of
attribution and ownership of any images of their making in all other respects except those stated here in.
