( contractor promised that he will complete supplying ) . A warn letter had sent from site manager
to contractor to commit to his responsibility according the contract paragraphs
starting civil works for installing 11KV line ( determine and excavation work for poles bases ) on the route from
tire planet to site area .
preparation works for sample poles testing by MOE / QC department in Baghdad
as supposed the commission from Najaf Electricity Distribution Director will come
to site in order to take the samples to Baghdad.
