 Coordinate with Plant Engineers for work order that need engineering assistance, and other
maintenance unit's planners and foremen for task requiring other unit's inputs.
 Identify and order materials required in a work order and coordinate with material unit to get it
then tag and place materials in staging area. Determine materials to be placed in stock,
min/max stocking, and follow up orders and availability.
 Generate weekly and daily work order schedules. Use weekly schedule as guideline when
preparing daily schedule. Arrange the schedule so that eight hours of work can be completed
on time.
 Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in repairing, and inspecting electrical
equipment, such as primary and secondary power lines, and electric motors.
 Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain
records & files and prepare reports.
 Monitor work in progress and coordinate with foremen and operations staff to ensure that work
can be completed on time.
 Plan, schedule and monitor annual test and inspection (T&I), and generate necessary reports
during and after completion of T&I.
