Daniel Kurgan started his career at SABCA, the leading Belgian aerospace company, and joined Proximus Carrier
Division at the start of their commercial carrier operations in 1997, where he held several positions in the commercial
organisation. He has been CEO since March 2007 and lived through the companys successful joint ventures with
Swisscom ICS and MTN ICS, leading to BICS prominent position in the wholesale carriers market.
He will deliver a keynote presentation at the IPX Summit outlining how BICS are capitalising on IPXs innovation
potential, exploring IPXs role in the evolving digital ecosystem and the options it is bringing for vertical integration.

Gareth Williams became CEO of Interoute in August 2007. Prior to that he served as President, Global Markets,
building the sales and marketing unit of Interoute across the world. He joined Interoute to aid with the
restructuring of the company in 2002 and has helped manage the transition of the company from loss making
start-up to profitable communications technology leader.

Harald Krohg is the CEO of the Global Wholesale Unit in Telenor, and a Senior Vice President in Telenor Group
Markets. He builds upon more than 20 years of telecoms experience from various management positions in Telenor.
Prior to his current role, he was the Head of Wholesale & Regulatory in Telenor Norway. Coming from the role
as Product Director in Telenor Networks from 2001 to 2005, he took on various management positions in Telenor
Nordics. In addition, he has served on the Telenor Global Services board of directors for seven years.
