advisor. We are grateful to accomplish this case report as per schedule without any sort of
inconvenience. We also appreciate the contribution of every individual whom land a hand in
completing this case report.
This case report discusses about chronic kidney disease with congestive heart failure.
Last but not least, we hope this case report will be useful for our fellow colleagues in Internal
Medicine Department in applying adequate diagnosis and treatment for patient with chronic
kidney disease plus congestive heart failure.
