IfanyProductDeliverywillincludeintellectualpropertyrights,providealistofsuchitems
andthejustificationforwhythedatarightswillberestricted.

Subcontractorshallbesolelyandexclusivelyresponsibletosatisfyallrequirementsofallrelevant
importandexportlawsandregulationsrelatedtoanyimportorexportofequipment,software,and
datatothedeliverylocation.

Thisrequestisnotaguaranteethatasubcontractwillbeawarded,orthatasubcontractwillbe

tothisRFP,andyourfirmwillnotbereimbursedforthecostsassociatedwiththepreparationof
