    1. This authorization letter should be prepared in original letterhead of the party in 2
    copies.
    One copy for vendors office.
    Second copy is to be submitted to Gate pass Section. The permanent gate pass
    of such authorized will be stamped with Authorized to deal with Gatepass
    Section.
    2. All types of application is to be signed only by him / proprietor in behalf on the
    company.
    3. Maximum three persons can be given such authorization.
    4. In case of change of authorized person, the same should be immediately informed
    to Gate pass section for necessary updating.
