Each Architectural Material Submittal must contain 3no hard copies.1no soft copy of the submittal
documents. Hard copy must be bound in presentable and must contain a detailed index table of contents
and divides for each selection for reference the following are the basic requirements for the submittal
document.

2 Address of manufacturer agent & supplier provided (tel, fax and r-mail) p.o.box. city & country)

3 Bill of quantities & proof of country of origin for each item of material provided stamped by
supplier
4 Copies of tender contract drawing for all buildings related to the proposed material submittal
to be provided provide detailed drawings for of component application and context for
example roof insulation show full buildup of roof components providing waterproof membrane
isolation membrane insulation screed.

5 Compliance statement to be provided as per specification stamped by supplier

6 The code of standard which the purpose materials are complying or or being manufactured to
(example ashrae#, nfpa#, iso#, htm#, nbn#,asme#, bs#f,gi#i,astm# ul#, and nec# etc)

7 One original catalogue plus two copies for the proposed materials on a presentable sample
board showing the proposed material in context with adjacent finishes etc
8 Performance mock up test results where applicable.
9 Selected samples to be provided for the proposed materials on a presentable sample board
showing the proposed material in context with adjacent finished etc.
10 Appointment letter of agent in KSA here applicable

11 Agent's pledge form stating that replacement parts are available for 10 years if applicable

12 Recommended replacement parts list if applicable

13 Warranty certificate

14 Training schedule for operation & maintenance to provide after approval if applicable.

15 Commercial registration certificate subscription

16 Zakat and income certificate

17 Chamber of commerce certificate

18 Certificate of saudization if applicable.
